Tom Rice and Gloria Tinubu will face each other in the general election in November after a run-off held on Tuesday.
Andre Bauer won Dillon County with 62.27 percent of the vote with Tom Rice at 36.73 percent; however, districtwide, Rice got 56 percent of the vote.
Gloria Tinubu got 65.88 percent of the vote in Dillon County, and Preston Brittain got 34.12 percent of the vote. Districtwide, Tinubu got 73 percent of the vote.
Turnout was light in Dillon County with only 11.23 percent of the voters turning out.
