How ‘bout an easy, summer fruit creation?
No Bake Dessert
1 Angel Food Cake (store bought is okay)
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. sour cream
Brown sugar
Fresh fruit of choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, peaches, etc.)
Tear cake into bite-sized pieces and place in 9×13 cake pan.
Prepare pudding according to package directions and allow to set.
Combine sour cream with brown sugar to sweet your taste.
Mix sour cream mixture with pudding.
Pour this over the cake, and then arrange fruit on top. You may wish to mix fruit with sour cream instead of using fruit on top. Another variation is to use Cool Whip instead of sour cream and brown sugar. Refrigerate and enjoy!
