A second person has been charged in the gun incident at Dillon High School, according to Assistant Solicitor Shipp Daniel.
Tyreek Hayes has been charged with giving false information to law enforcement. Daniel said that they have no reason to believe that Hayes had any prior knowledge of the plan of Miracle Harley who is charged with attempted murder in the incident. Daniel said that Hayes knew where the gun was and lied about it. He said eventually Hayes “came clean” about what he knew.
Daniel said that Hayes will not be returning to Dillon High School this school year.
