Dillon County has apparently been caught in violation of the order given by Judge Paul Burch.
This time on September 20th, a Herald employee took photos of a Dillon County motor grader working on a private road off the Mullins Highway. The delay in printing was caused by The Herald attempting to determine if this was a county road or a private road.
An employee of the Dillon County Council office confirmed that it was a private road.
County Administrator Clay Young said he is investigating the matter, and he will take the appropriate action.
