Lois Dove, 77, died Thursday, June 9, 2011 at her residence
Funeral services were held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Dillon with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Miss Dove was born in Dillon County on July 18, 1933, the daughter of the late John A. and Myrtle Stephens Dove. She attended Limestone College and was a member of First Baptist Church of Dillon.
She is survived by her sister, Gail Pope (Bill) of Latta; and three brothers, Vernon Dove (Mary Lou) of Macon, GA, Ken Dove (Joanne) of Dillon, and Jim Dove of Castle Hayne, NC; and a sister-in-law, Jane Dove of Dillon.
Miss Dove was predeceased by her brothers, Carl Dove, Dan Dove, Clifford Dove, and Mervin Dove.
