Dillon Middle School band program had several students to participated in the 2022, 6th Annual Limestone University Middle School Honor Band Clinic the biggest honor band clinic held this year. The clinic was held November 17-18, 2022, on the campus of Limestone University in Gaffney, South Carolina with hosting 477 middle school students. To participate in this clinic, students first had to be nominated by their band director. Second, an audition video was submitted for each student selected. This video was used to determine chair placement. There were five bands that consisted of middle school students who are considered some of the best in our region. Dillon Middle School is proud to have students represented in all five ensembles at the clinic and holding top chairs in their bands.
