The final bills for Councilman Macio Williamson’s court case have been received. The Herald made a request under the S.C. FOIA to receive the total for his legal defense.
The Herald was shown two bills for $14,027.13 from Attorney Carl Muller. The Herald is told that these two bills have not been paid.
Muller was being paid at a rate of $250 per hour.
In a request made by The Herald in December, an earlier bill for $1,150 was received.
The total of all bills is $15,177.13.
