Phillip Horne, 58, lost his battle with heart disease on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at his home in Chapin, SC.  A memorial service was held Friday, January 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home in Columbia, SC.
Phillip was born August 17, 1952 in Mullins, SC. He was the son of the late Lloyd and Dorothy Horne.  He leaves behind his wife, Vera, Chapin; daughters, Pam (Robert) Rauch, Lexington; Nikki (Gregory) Morgan, Columbia, grandchildren, Robert, Cody and Taylor Rauch; his sister, Gayle H. Page, Lake View, SC and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his sister,Wanda, and his parents.  Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Lake View, SC.
