Now for this week’s recipe.  It only has three ingredients, so maybe I’ll get it right.  This is another one from my sister.  She says it is not pretty, but it is good.

Potato Chips Candy
1 pound pkg. White Almond Bark
11 oz. bag potato chips
1-2 cups chopped pecans (broken into postage stamp size pieces)

Melt Almond Bark according to package directions.  Add chips and nuts and mix well.  Pour into jelly roll pans lined with waxed paper.  Let set, break apart after it hardens.  You may or may not want to toast the pecans before chopping.
