The hit and run victim on the bicycle last week on Highway 57 has been identified as Lonnie Bethea, a 36-year-old black male of Dillon, said Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley. Grimsley said Bethea died as a result of injuries from being struck by a motor vehicle.
