Doris Cleo Daniels Rouse, age 76, loving wife of James “Bud” Rouse, died Monday, October 4, 2010 at her home.
Born in Dillon, SC, she was a daughter of the late Nick and Mamie Bethea Daniels. Mrs. Rouse was preceded in death by brothers, Marvin MCkay and Nick JR. Daniels and sisters, DeEtte Daniels Herring and Christine Daniels Moody.
Surviving in addition to her husband of Garden City Beach is a brother, George (Edna) Daniels of Dillon, SC; lifelong friend, JoAnn (Duke) Hucker of Garden City Beach, SC; a sister-in-law, Barbara (Burrell) Sams of Lake Lure, NC; stepdaughters, Debbie (Tommy Cole of Charlotte, NC and Wanda (Stuart) Hightower of Columbia, SC; She was a dear sweet aunt to her nieces and nephews.  She was very loved by her family and friends.
A graveside service was held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Hillcrest Mausoleum with Reverend Jeff Wallace officiating.
