Services for Patsy Ellen Powers were held 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Piney Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation was held 7:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Powers, 62, died Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence.
Survivors include her sons, Oscar (Laura) Carter and John Kelly Carter, both of Latta; step-children, Nick (Tiffany) McLellan, Nash (Sammi) McLellan, and Nichole McLellan; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Allen (Lisa) Powers of Latta, Billy (Joyce) Powers of Floydale; sisters, Hazel (Monroe) Carter of Latta, and Donna (Mickey) Watts of Marion.
Mrs. Powers was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Tommy Powers and Randy Powers; and her grandchildren, Michael Chandler Carter and Oscar Gene Carter, Jr.
