Graveside services for Ola Faye Johnson will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Carolina Presbyterian Church Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson, 86, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Vardamon, Mississippi, May 13, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Jackson Patterson and Nora Odelia Nolan Patterson. She attended Carolina Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her children, Ann (John) Campbell of Dillon, SC, Jerry (Cindy) Murphy of Clio, SC, and Sandra (Wayne) Morrison of Dillon; grandchildren, Donna Sellers of Hamer, Thomas Campbell of Latta, Amanda (Jonathon) Pruitt, Jessica (Jonathan) Renwick, Brandi Horne, Joshua Morrison, Melissa “Mindy” (David) Perritt, and Odelia Alford of McColl; great-grandchildren, Charlotte Sellers, Beth Alford, Bucky Aaron Alford, Austin Hyatt, Isaac and Lilly Pruitt, Dawson and Hayden Perritt, Violet and Emmaline Renwick; step-grandchildren, Becky Murphy, Vernon Murphy, Little Joe M, James “Rocky” Murphy, and Tonya (Dr. Kevin) Jasinski; step-great-grandchildren, Darby, Emily, and Dylan Morrison; sister, Patricia Chadwell of Johnson City, TN.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifton H. Murphy, and second husband, Thomas Edison Johnson; daughter, Lora Munnerlyn; step-son, Joseph Murphy; and step-granddaughter, Sue Murphy.
