Dr. Phil Wallace of Dillon Internal Medicine is shown  presenting the Paul Chapman Scholarship to Harley Mincey who will attend Francis Marion and major in nursing.The Gerald Reeves scholarship reflects achievements of the student athlete with the highest GPA.
