Brown Sugar Cake
1 box light brown sugar
1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
3 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts
Mix sugar, margarine and eggs using a mixer. Add flour and vanilla. Stir in nuts by hand. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Be careful not to over bake. Makes a chewy cake.
