Two people were shot in the Riverdale area, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sunday, April 10,  the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to McLeod Medical Center in Dillon in reference to an individual at the emergency room that had been shot.
According to an incident report by Deputy Glenn Coates a male victim was at the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the hand that occurred on Smitty Road in the Riverdale Community of Dillon and while Deputy Coates was receiving information about the incident a second person arrived at the emergency room with a gunshot wound also and this victim had been shot at the same location on Smitty Road.
