On Monday, January 4, 2016, the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary at Gordon Elementary School, according to Captain Cliff Arnette.  According to an incident report by deputies Michael Barfield and Dennis Cox a school custodian discovered the burglary at the school, Arnette said.  The suspect(s) entered the building by breaking out a window and once inside the suspect(s) broke into a number of classrooms and stole televisions from the classrooms.  If anyone has information related to this crime you are asked to call the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office at 843-774-1432.
