Henslee Caulder, 84, died Thursday, July 14, 2010, at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.  Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, June 4, 1926, he was the son of the late Joseph Caulder and Julia Cook Caulder.  He attended New Life Assembly Church, was a U.S Army Veteran, and was a retired Park Ranger with the Pee Dee State Park for 12 years.
Survivors include his children, Sylvia Caulder Moore of Sellers, Carol (William) Floyd of Latta, Johnny (Rebecca) Caulder of Sellers, James “Jamie” (Carolyn) Caulder of Dillon, Linda (Harry) Moore of Latta, Randy (Vickie) Caulder of Sellers, and Rachel (Ronnie) Lawhorn of Sellers; sister, Mary Singleton of Dillon; 27 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Caulder was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Herring Caulder; son, Clyde Henslee “Tinker” Caulder; sons-in-law, Fred Moore and Johnny Hyatt; sister, Brice Turner; and brothers, Ben, Hubert, and J.C. Caulder.
