Services for Phyllis W. Kinsey were held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at East Dillon Baptist Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Ms. Kinsey, 60, died Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at her residence.
Born in Dillon, SC, August 17, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Travis Henry Wallace and Margaret Elizabeth Scott Wallace.  She was a member of East Dillon Baptist Church, and was a former employee of Wix.
Survivors include her daughter, Arin Kinsey of Latta; sisters and brothers, Henry (Lavonne) Wallace of GA, George (Marilyn) Wallace of GA, Linda (Ben) Karnap of Little River, Libby (T.R.) Rogers of Fairmont, NC, Cathy (Ray) Flowers, Trey (Shea) Wallace, Judy (Horace) Cox, Tommy Wallace, Audrey Wallace, and Mallory (Patty) Scott, all of Dillon, and Joanne Quinn of MA.
