On Tuesday, September 19, Allen Watts, who had a shoulder replacement about 6 weeks ago, was working on roof on a house on East Jackson Street in Dillon, S.C., replacing the shingles. Watts, with a few other workers including a female, were making quick work of repairing the roof.
