County Administrator Tim Harper talked about the tire recycling contract. This is for the pick up and disposal of the tires that come into the landfill. Three proposals were received. Council approved with Central Carolina Tire Disposal at a rate of $185 per ton with trip fee and environmental fee. All present voted in favor.
