The City of Dillon and the Town of Lake View both have elections on Tuesday, April 4th.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
In Dillon, candidates for mayor include Mackie Adams, Tally McColl, Billy L. Odom, and Penny Lenora Wright.
District One Councilman James “Bobie” Washington, District Two Councilman Timothy L. Cousar, and District Four Councilman Douglas B. Jackson are unopposed.
In Lake View, there are three candidates for two council seats. Candidates are Mertis Nance Barnett, Paula King, and Tracy G. Townsend.
Once the tallies are announced at the Dillon County Voter Registration Office, The Dillon Herald will put the results on www.thedillonherald.com on Tuesday evening.
