Four people have filed for the mayor’s race in Dillon, and three councilmen will go unchallenged in the upcoming election in April.
Filing for mayor are Ernest Mackie Adams, Tally McColl, Billy L. Odom, and Lenora Inman Wright. Filing for city council were: District One—James Washington, District Two—Timothy L. Cousar, and District Four—Douglas Jackson. The election will take place on Tuesday, April 4th. One must be registered to vote by March 2nd to be able to vote in this election.
