In a 5-1 vote, the Dillon County Council agreed to turn over the recreation program to the City of Dillon, but with much different terms than originally proposed.
Councilwoman Detrice Dawkins, who worked out the agreement with the city manager, presented the terms.
Councilman Jamal Campbell was the opposing vote.
