On March 11, 2022, the Dillon County Combined Drug Unit conducted special operations within the confines of Dillon County in order to combat the illegal drug trade within the County of Dillon. The Combined Drug Unit consisting of Dillon County Sheriff’s Office and Dillon Police Department was assisted by SLED, SCDNR, and PPP in rounding up the suspects who have been charged with distribution of various narcotics throughout the County of Dillon. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Among those arrested were:
—Antron Mantrice Hester of Oakland was arrested and charged with Distribution of Schedule II Narcotics.
—Hykine Dominique Davis of Dillon was arrested and charged with Distribution of Schedule II narcotics (x2).
— Jermaine Tevel Smith of Latta was arrested and charged with distribution of Cocaine Base narcotic 2nd offense (x2).
— Jamie Earl Ray of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of Cocaine Base narcotic.
— Richard Lavon Curry of Latta was arrested and charged with possession of Methamphetamine.
— Shannon Michelle Bourgoin was arrested and charged with Possession of Substance in Schedule I, II, or III W.I.T.D.
— Jason Richard McNeil of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine base narcotic 1st offense (x2).
— Bryan Kirk Sowells of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine base narcotics 1st offense.
— Mathis Jerrum McLaughlin of Dillon was arrested and charged with the Distribution of cocaine base narcotics 2nd offense.
— Alec David Braxton of Dillon was arrested and charged with the Distribution of Heroin (x2) and also distribution of cocaine base narcotics 1st offense.
— Richard Jay Lane of Dillon was arrested and charged with the distribution of methamphetamine (x2).
— Thomas Ray Causey of Dillon was arrested and charged with distribution methamphetamine.
— Corey Rashaan Simmons of Latta was arrested and charged with the distribution of cocaine 2nd offense (x3).
