Mount Calvary Baptist Church held the monthly Brotherhood, WMU, and BYW meeting on Monday, February 7, at 7:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center.
After enjoying a delicious meal and fellowship, the groups dispersed to the proper locations.
Brotherhood Director Joe Price opened the service with requests for prayer. Afterwards, special prayer was led by Donald Lewis.
Mount Calvary Baptist Church will have revival May 1-4. Therefore, Brotherhood, WMU, and BYW will be held on the second Monday in May, the 9th.

Joe Price was the speaker for the evening. He spoke from Judges 7:15-21.
The role of the men of the church was discussed, “How do we serve?” If we listen and follow God’s instructions, men can be the leaders that we need to be.
Price remarked that men’s roles are changing in our society. Since the early wars, women have worked public jobs. Women are replacing men in most nearly all places. Women are beginning to take over men’s roles in churches. Joe stated “Why are each of us here? Where are our hearts?”
Men are also supposed to be the leaders of the homes.
Price was well received by all in attendance.
Ken Pittman, Jr. presented the monthly financial report.
Brotherhood Director Joe Price closed in prayer.
You are cordially invited to join us on Monday, March 7, for a delicious meal and fellowship followed by Brotherhood guest speaker, Fulton Lane.
Mount Calvary Baptist Church is located at 405 Mount Calvary Road, Dillon.
