E. Leary McKenzie of the McKenzie Law Firm PC in Dillon, was sworn into the North Carolina State Bar as a licensed attorney on July 1, 2021.
Leary has practiced in his hometown of Dillon since 2014 as a member of the South Carolina Bar and will maintain dual-state licensing.
He is also licensed in the United States District Court, District of South Carolina; and the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. Leary’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation, real estate, and probate matters.
Leary was presented to the North Carolina Bar by Assistant District Attorney Gary A. Price.
Leary’s wife of 18 years, Katie A. McKenzie, held the Bible while District Court Judge Vanessa Burton administered the North Carolina State Bar Oath of Office.
