Aggie Grooms was 101 years old on June 1, 2021. She was born in Dillon County.
She is a resident at Carlyle Senior Care in Fork. She had two deceased sons Robert Lee Grooms and Jessie James Grooms.
She is a member of Hazy Grove Baptist Church. Her Pastor is Rev. Larry McCallum.
She has two daughter-in-laws Katie Grooms and the late Hattie Grooms and a host of grandchildren, great-grands, and great-great-grandchildren and nieces who love her very much.
She said, “Treating people the right way and serving God is what brought her this far.”
