Services for Rhonda Elaine Carter will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00-9:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Rhonda, 48, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Florida, October 7, 1972, she was the daughter of Robert Scott and Claudia Mae Arredondo.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Danny Ray Carter of Dillon; daughters, Christie Carter and Ashley Carter; son, Tony “T.J.” Carter; grandchildren, Shane Ray Carter, Cameron Carter, Tanner Carter, and L.R. Carter; mother, Claudia Mae Arredondo of Latta; father, Robert Scott of Darlington; sisters, Teresa Hayes, Robbin Hayes (Steven), Amanda Arredondo, Cathy Parsons (Lowell); brother, Jerry Scott; sisters-in-law, Judy Carter, Shirley Nichols, Gladys Carter, and Bunky Carter; brothers-in-law, Roy Carter, Buddy Carter, and Tony Carter.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Carter; and a grandson, Nathan A. Williams.
