On February 5, 2021, Lake View Police officers, Lake View K9 Narcotics Division, and deputies with the Dillon County Narcotics Task Force conducted a traffic stop leading to the arrest of Brandon Whittington of Lake View, according to the Lake View Police Department.
The stop revealed possession of illegal firearms, a large sum of cash, and narcotics which included distribution levels of cocaine and marijuana possession.
