The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting that occurred in the Newtown Community of Dillon County Sunday night, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting is currently under investigation by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. SLED Crime Scene is assisting the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. The Dillon Police Department also assisted the sheriff’s office at the scene. No other information available for release at this time.
