On Monday, September 7th, the Town of Lake View held its first Labor Day Golf Cart Parade. The parade started at 10 a.m. with the participants leaving from Richard Temple Blvd. and riding to Thorne Nursing Home to wave and spread cheer to the residents. Special thanks to Lake View’s Chief of Police Jason Turner for traffic control First Cititzans of Lake View for providing hand sanitizer, and also thank you to Mrs. Karen Cook-Henderson from the town of Lake View and Lauren Rogers for planning the event. We are looking forward to making this an annual event. (Contributed Photos)
