Graveside services for Charles Willis Fore, Sr. were held 11:30 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2019 at Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation was held 5:00-7:00 pm. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Fore, 90, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Dillon County, SC, October 2, 1929, he was the son of the late William Hudson Fore, Sr. and Annie Mae White Fore. He was a Farmer, a member of Latta United Methodist Church, and was a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Margaret M. Fore of Latta; sons, Charles W. Fore, Jr. of Bluffton, SC, W. Michael Fore (Dana) of Greenville, SC, and Jimmy Fore (Cheryl) of Latta; 5 grandchildren, Meredith Fore Bardoner, Trey Fore, Allison Fore Peterson, Heath Fore, and Caroline Fore Turner; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruby Fore Floyd of Florida; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Latta United Methodist Church, 306 N. Marion St., Latta, SC 29565.
