Mount Calvary Baptist Church congregation and visitors celebrated a western-themed Homecoming on Sunday, November 10.
Mount Calvary Baptist Church began in 1888 and has been in the same location since that time.
Today’s guest speaker was Rev. Donald Foreman of the Camp Pinehill in Bennettsville, S.C., and Slope Valley Blue Grass Band provided special music for the service.
After performing many gospel favorites that were well received by all in attendance, Rev. Donald Foreman gave an inspiring message.
After an invitation, a benediction was given.
Everyone was invited to join the congregation for a delicious meal and fellowship in the Family Life Center. The pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church is Rev. Harold Cooke.
Mount Calvary Baptist Church is located at 405 Mount Calvary Road, Dillon.
