Woodmen Life, Chapter 120, held their annual awards banquet on Thursday, September 26, at the Woodmen Hall on the Old Latta Highway, Dillon, S.C.
Gail Woodle welcomed everyone to the event followed by Barbara Causey who had the Pledge of Allegiance.
An invocation was given and a buffet dinner followed.
The introduction of the National and State Officers was by Libby Bedenbaugh.
Local officers were introduced by Gail Woodle. Edwin Stephens introduced the Field Force.
Community Outreach was presented by Randy Barnett.
The following awards were presented: The Community Partner award was presented to the Dillon County Council of Aging by Barbara Causey. The Life Saver award was presented to Reggie German by Gail Woodle. The Caring For Others award was presented to Jo Alice and Terry Webster. The Environmentalist award was presented to Justin Price by Bud Price. The Community Leader award was presented to Cliff Arnette by Gail Woodle.
A memorial service was conducted by Barbara Causey and Edwin Stephens. Door prizes were presented by Gail Woodle, Dianne Cox, and Nell Price. Closing notes and prayer was given by Edwin Stephens.
