A called meeting of the Dillon County Council was held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning. After the meeting was called to order and the pledge of allegiance and invocation were done, there was a motion and second to enter into executive session. At this time, the county attorney informed the council that he did not think that the agenda was specific enough and advised them not to move forward with the meeting. The county attorney had not been consulted on the agenda. The motion to enter into executive session failed, and the meeting was adjourned.
