A man was killed in a one-vehicle crash on State Park Road on August 10th, according to Cpl. Sonny Collins of the S.C. Highway Patrol.
Coroner Donnie Grimsley identifies the victim as Antonio Anderson, a 27-year-old black male from Mullins. He died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the motor vehicle crash, Grimsley said.
According to Collins, a 2007 Honda Sports Utility (driven by Anderson) was traveling south on State Park Road when it ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Anderson, the only occupant of the vehicle, was killed. He was not wearing a seatbelt, Collins said.
