Liliah Smith, 62, Latta, has been charged with giving false information to police, according to Latta Police Chief Derrick Cartwright.
Cartwright said she was charged after review of the video surveillance at IGA showed discrepancies in the initial report and proved the caregiver never entered the IGA in the case of Jaxie Rogers, who was missing for several days, but was found alive in Columbus County, NC, last week.
