LATTA– Fairmeadow Apartments is currently undergoing a complete renovation in order to provide a sustainable and beautiful community for its residents.
Located at 605 North Marion Street, Latta, SC, the community boasts 24 one-bedroom homes, featuring fully equipped kitchens with brand new appliances, washer and dryer connections, and energy efficient hearing and cooling systems.
Resident amenities will include a clubhouse, on-site laundry facility, fitness room, and computer center with internet.
Fairmeadow Apartments is a USDA Rural Development Section 515 community for those 62 years of age or older and persons with disabilities. It was developed by WWJ, LLC, and funded in part by the South Carolina State Housing Authority, USDA Rural Development, and Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation.
