Services for James “Jimmy” Huggins will be held Tuesday March 13, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home with burial in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation was 6-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
Mr. Huggins, 64, died Saturday at his residence.
Born in Robeson County, June 14, 1953, he was the son of the late Hubert and Maxie Taylor Huggins. He was a retired Textile Worker.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Huggins of Lake View: children Virginia Huggins McQuhae of Hopewell, VA, James “Jamie” Huggins and Brandy, James “Bud” Huggins and Michelle, James “Tug” Huggins and Amber, Marie Huggins (TJ Locklear) all of Lake View, Jimmy Caleb Huggins of the home and Billie Grainger Altman of Lake View; sisters Virginia Collins of Marietta NC, Barbara Singleton of Dillon, Pam E Linker of Dillon, Kathy Huggins of Florence; brothers Tommy Huggins of Dillon and William “Porky” Huggins of Lake View, 11 grandchildren and 1 grand canine, special friend Cindy and Earl Brown.
Mr. Huggins was preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Holden Huggins; sisters Helen Bass, Patricia Huggins, Catherine Huggins and Kay Frances Huggins.
