On December 27, 2017 Deputy D. Cox conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Dillon County near Highway 301 North. Andrew Hailey of Dillon, S.C., was the driver and was arrested on outstanding drug warrants by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
During a search of the vehicle crack cocaine, powder cocaine, marijuana, and a pistol was found inside the vehicle.
Passenger one: Jessie D. Bethea, of Latta, S.C. and passenger two: Andrew Hailey was charged with Trafficking Crack Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Also, approximately $3,500 in U.S. currency was seized.
