How about an easy way to make a fruit cobbler?
EASY FRUIT COBBLER
2/3 cup self-rising flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter (melted)
2 cups (more or less) fresh fruit Mix flour, sugar, and milk and pour into 8-inch baking dish. Pour melted butter on top. Dust fresh fruit with sugar (to your taste) and place fruit on top – do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 50 minutes. Crust rises to top as cobbler bakes.
May use a can of fruit pie filling instead of fresh fruit. Also, for a 9×13 cobbler, just double recipe.
Have a great week and Happy Trails!
