Latta’s Maddie Berry pitched 2 innings and struck out 3 and allowed 1 hit by Bree McMillan, Paige Sherman pitched 2 innings and struck out 3, and Kaitlyn Johnson pitched 1 inning.
Moncks Corner’s Alexis Ruff struck out 10, allowed 6 hits and 3 runs. Kaitlyn Johnson was perfect at-the-plate for Latta with 1 hit in 1 at-bat while Riley Owens and Maddie Berry were also perfect at-the-plate with Riley connecting for a double and Maddie connecting for a single in 1 at-bat and also each scored a run. Madison Kersey garnered a hit in 2 at-bats and also scored a run while Maddie Coward and Katie Estes each connected for a hit in 2 at-bats.
