The South Carolina Football Coaches Association (SCFCA) announced the members of the 2016 Palmetto Champions All-Star Football Team.
The Palmetto Champions honors 25 high school football players and 10 high school football coaches for their outstanding achievement during the 2016 season. From this list, a Palmetto Champions All-Star overall Lineman, Back, Specialty Team Player, and Coach of the Year will be announced in late November.
“The football season was delayed two weeks due to weather conditions surrounding Hurricane Matthew, therefore there will not be a Palmetto Champions banquet this year. However, we wanted to recognize this year’s players and coaches for their excellence in football,” said Greg Crolley, Banquet Director.
Those named to the 2016 Palmetto Champions All-Star Football Team include:
