Erika Owens is the new 4-H Youth Development Agent for Dillon and Marlboro County. She is from Rock Hill, South Carolina and received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from South Carolina State in 2012.
She then pursued her Master’s of Public Health at the University of South Carolina.
She is excited to be apart of the Clemson Extension team and Pee Dee Region. Erika is passionate about healthy lifestyles and agriculture education. She loves helping people see the importance of home, school, and other institutional gardens. She also loves cooking healthy and easy foods. Erika loves these two healthy lifestyle components, she is also looking forward to the others aspects of Dillon and Marlboro County that make them great.
