Dillon Middle School Band is proud to have our students represented at the All–State Clinic which was held from March 11-13 at Furman University. Students had to play scales, a solo, define terms, and sight read during the audition. Students competed against students from around the state of South Carolina. As’sata Miles (Contra Bb Bass Clarinet) Accomplishments for 2015 – 2016: Limestone University Honor Band Clinic 1st chair in the Blue Band, Eastern District Band at South Florence High School receiving As’sata Miles 2nd Chair – top chairs, Region Band Clinic at Myrtle Beach High School As’sata Miles 2nd Chair the second highest, All-State(top band in the state) held at Furman University 2nd Chair the second highest.
