Ridge Richardson picked up the win for the Blue Jackets by pitching 1 inning and allowing1 hit while striking out 2.
Austin Moody was tagged with the loss having pitched 6 1/3 innigs. He allowed 4 hits, 3 earned runs, walked 3, and struck out 5.
The Wildcats took an early by scoring 1 run int he top of the second inning. Dillon also picked up a run in the top of the sixth to take a 2-0 lead only to lose it in the bottom of the last inning.
Dillon picked up 6 hits while holding Aynor to 4. Each team committed 2 errors in the game.
Austin Moody led Dillon with 2 doubles in 3 trips to the plate while Ladarius Wilson garnered 2 hits in 4 at-bats including a double.
Ahynor was led by Jason Duke who had a double and a rbi in 2 trips to the plate while Ian Prosser was perfect with 2 hits and a rbi in his 2 at-bats.
Dillon is 7-8 on the season and 3-6 in Region 8-2A
Dillon will host Mullins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 22.
