GARRET COLLINS helped placed flags on Friday at Riverside. He is show placing a flag on his great-grandfather, Roger K. English, who served during World War II and Korea. He also placed a flag on another of his grandfather’s grave, Charlie N. Collins, Sr., WWII. Amy McColl also asissted.
