An 18-year-old Dillon teen died October 6 after he was struck by a motor vehicle.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on U.S. Highway 301 North of Dillon past the high school about 10:30 p.m.
The SCHP said that a pedestrian came in the roadway and was struck by a 20-year-old female driving a 2004 Acura who was traveling south on Highway 301. Coroner Donnie Grimsley identified the victim as Cody Savage, 18, of Dillon.
