Three people have filed for three Latta Town Council seats.
Edward Bethea, William Andrew Herring, and James Reaves all filed for office.
The seats up for re-election were those held by Abbott Shelley and James Reaves and the seat vacated by Lutherine Williams earlier this year when she became a Dillon County magistrate.
Due to the fact that there were only three seats available and only three candidates filed and no one filed as a write-in candidate, there will be no election in December.
